This is a video of Laparoscopic Myomectomy wherein multiple fibroids from size 9 cm to 2 cm (27 fibroids ) was done.
Video demonstrates a technique of safely parking fibroids during surgery to prevent any lost fibroids. This patient developed post of ileus and then adhesive intestinal obstruction at level of ileum for which on day 6 another laparoscopy was done where bowel was released from scar site and patient was discharged with good recovery and no residual morbidity.
